The
company succeed to carry back over than 17,000 hajees during
12 days, as the most important need for hajees is to be back
after they finish their Wholly Manasek , to avoid suffering
of wasting time as they used to before and joining their
homes (Awdan Hameedan) provide and facilitated by Sudan
Airways and the supportive authorities.
The company managed to increase the flights per day up to
(8-10) flights on a daily basis.
This
year the company managed to provide better services in many
ways for hajees:
1. carry Hajees to their destinations directly from Jeddah
or Madina to Dongola, Elfasher, Nyala, Obaid, Port Sudan and
international destinations.
2. Modification of the process of baggage handling.
3. Established new lounge for seniors, women and other with
special needs.
4. Provide Zamzam water as a gift free of any charge for all
Hajees at their destinations.
5. Presenting meals, drinks for Hajees while they were on
the process of return back to Khartoum or other
destinations.
Managing director conclude his speech by the appreciation of
the efforts done by authorities at King Abdel Alaziz airport
and Khartoum airport for their cooperation and facilitation
to run the operation safely, successfully and up to Hajees
satisfaction.
He also recommends the efforts excel by the continuous
coordination at the highest administrative level of Haj and
Omera authority.
He also mention the recommendation that Sudan Airways have
from the Saudi Authorities regarding Haj Season
More he assure the continuity of the same, and better level
of service for coming seasons of Haj and Omera and the
operation on general .
